- The Welcome Reception will take place at 20:00 on Thursday 27th October 2022 in the courtyard of the Paleontological Museum of Rethymnon on Satha Markellou in the Mastabas area of town. A couple of buses will be departing from the University Campus (Parking lot at the main entrance to the University Campus) at 19:15 pm on Thursday heading for the site. As we will be outdoors and in the evening it can get a little chilly, you are advised to dress accordingly.
- The Farewell Dinner will take place at 20:00 on Saturday 29th October 2022 at Panakron Estate at Moni Asomaton some 35 kms south of Rethymno town. Buses will be available to transport all participants to the Estate and Back. Buses will be departing at 19:00 from the Marina Area of Rethymno
